Leadership Development

The Department of Student Activities, Organizations, and Leadership Development believes in the intentional preparation of students for leadership positions in student organizations, at the University, and in local, state, and national communities.  The Leadership Development program at Northwestern State University provides opportunities for students to develop valuable leadership skills and qualities that will assist them in preparing for the challenges of collegiate and career leadership.  Moreover, the Department of Student Activities, Organizations, and Leadership Development provides resources to aid in the success of organizations in developing leadership qualities among members.  Below are some of the resources offered under this department.
