Electronic Advertising Requests:

To advertise your organization or event on the campus-wide televisions, please email your advertisement to spanna@nsula.edu. No forms are required. Only advertisements in PowerPoint, Publisher and/or picture (.jpg) formats will be accepted. Landscape page orientation is recommended. Please indicate the dates you'd like the advertisement to run in the body of the email.

To advertise on the Student Union marquee, please email the following information to spanna@nsula.edu:
Name of Organization
Bulletin Wording (please keep it ‘short & sweet')
Bulletin Start & End Date

Due to the large number of requests, approved advertisements for the televisions and marquee will display the next business day. The Department of Student Activities retains the right to deny or edit advertisements due to content.

RSOs are welcome to post flyers, posters or other advertisements in the various buildings on campus. Please bring your items to Room 214 in the Student Union for approval. Items posted without the proper approval will be removed.*

*Greek organizations must have their advertisements approved by the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life in South Hall prior to receiving approval in Student Activities.
